Logistica Uno is certified UNI ISO 45001
Certification
Logistica Uno has obtained the UNI ISO 45001 certification issued by TÜV SÜD, an independent certification authority present in Italy since 1987 and founded in 1866 in Bavaria.
International standard
ISO 45001, which replaces the british standard OHSAS 18001, is the first international standard to set minimum standards of good practice for the protection of workers worldwide. Starting with a focus on context and risk analysis, it establishes rules of conduct to improve safety, reduce workplace risks and improve the health and well-being of workers while maintaining control over compliance with the requirements of current legislation.
Continuous improvement
ISO 45001 proposes a management model that leads the company to continuous improvement of occupational safety and worker well-being through top management commitment, leadership and a risk-based approach.
Sites
The certification will cover all Logistica Uno sites. To date, we have already obtained the UNI ISO 45001 for Oppeano, Offlaga, Maddaloni, Palermo and Caivano, attesting to our excellence in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
