Logistica Uno has again this year been awarded the Ecovadis gold medal, an independent rating agency specialising in monitoring sustainable development and related performance in global supply chains. Ecovadis operates the first collaborative platform that allows companies to monitor the sustainability performance of their suppliers, across 150 sectors and 110 countries.
Evaluation Criteria
Ecovadis criteri di valutazione are based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Index (GRI), ISO 26000 and the Global Compact Principles. Certified companies are therefore those that have demonstrated clear environmental awareness within their development initiatives. The Ecovadis medal is awarded considering 21 criteria, which are grouped into four macro themes: environment, ethical/equitable business practices, human rights and supply chains.
Score achieved
Our company achieved a score of more than 70/100, increasing the previous year‘s score by two points, thus achieving Ecovadis Gold certification. Logistica Uno‘s result is thus among the top 5% recorded by the more than 90,000 companies evaluated by Ecovadis.
